COST - SHARE SIDEWALK REPAIR
pilot program
* Phase 1 - must be owner-occupied properties within the ** NEW ** San Jacinto Neighborhood boundary
SJNA has allocated $200,000 of the 2016 Bond funding to assist homeowners in our community with a 50/50, (or more) cost-share sidewalk repair program, with an option for financing your portion with a 12 or 18-month interest-free period to repay. Those with limited income may qualify to receive 75 or 100 % shared cost assistance.
We are going to start paving the way to a more safe and walkable neighborhood, and we hope you will participate.
